Course Enrolment

Registration

When you submit an enrolment request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Enrolment is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and payment arrangements have been completed.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed enrolments will be honoured at the quoted price.

Payment

Full payment or agreed instalment arrangements must be in place before course commencement. For courses over £250, instalment plans may be available upon request.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus £25 administration fee
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund, but transfer to future course may be possible

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
